For house managers: every home you run, in one place
When an owner shares their house with you, you see its appliances, upkeep and history, mark the work done with a photo, and move between houses in one tap.
How it works
1. The owner shares the house
They invite you as House manager and pick what you see: things and upkeep, history and receipts, money, codes and Wi-Fi, documents, pros and contacts. Or everything.
2. You see what's due
Each house shows the 3 things to do this week, from each appliance's own manual, and the pro on file for each one.
3. Mark it done, with a photo
Add a photo and a note when a job is done. The owner sees it, photo first, in the house's history.
Built for more than one house
- Switch houses in one tapEvery house shared with you is in one list, and the one you had open is remembered.
- The owner stays in controlThey choose what you see and can change or end the share at any time. Invites expire after 30 days and are confirmed with a 6-digit code.
- Help fixing thingsFix it walks through a problem step by step from that model's manual, and stops at "Call a pro" for gas, burning smells and the electrical panel.
- Pros write backThe owner can send a plumber or HVAC tech a visit link: they log the work and new parts, and nothing is saved until the owner approves it.
